We had our roof replaced and they did a phenomenal job. Very happy with their work. The workers were all very pleasant and respectful of our house and to me also. Chase was very good to work with. They showed up on time and got right to work. They cleaned up all the mess from removing the old roofing materials. Top notch service!!

I sure wish that I had the same experience as some of the other reviews but unfortunately mine was not. After being told that fiber cement siding was something they offered, come to find out it wasn’t. We went months with no contact, roof had been replaced last year however my insurance wasn’t billed until 2026. I heard so many excuses as to why things weren’t being completed. After having damage to my ceiling inside my house to other repairs, they did cover the cost of the repairs at the expense of 8 months to get them completed. I am sadly not impressed. They had to paint my flashing, which is chipping by the way, because they couldn’t have the correct color ordered in. It was sadly a nightmare dealing with them after that horrible hail storm.

I have had this company replace two of my roofs now and they are great! They got us on the schedule in a timely manner and help navigate our insurance which was a huge plus since I had never filed a claim before. Definitely recommend!

Chase is excellent to work with. Communicates very well and is on top of what is going on. Replaced our roof under Malarkey's shingle warranty. Crew worked hard - putting in a 12 hr day. Everything went smoothly. Definitely recommend this company (and Chase).

Chase was very quick to get my roof repaired after a hail storm. Due to some open vents we had a family of squirrels take up residence in our attic and need everything closed up so we could get them removed. Chase was on it immediately. Within a week, the roof was done. There were more items that needed fixed that were not as urgent, we did have a couple of communication issues but Chase ultimately made sure everything was done. The workers were quick and professional. Everything was done to our satisfaction and we would definitely use Regional Roofing again.
